His multi-dimensional approach draws on expertise gained in business, higher education, sport, psychology, music and other fields. This is backed by a range of professional qualifications in teaching, management and applied psychology. A key element of Charlie's work is fun; he believes that people learn more easily (and probably live longer!) when they are enjoying themselves. Jonathan Snell has worked in personal development with individuals, groups and organisations for many years. His particular talents lie in opening up awareness of personal  processes and moving people from 'limitations thinking' to 'possibilities thinking'. He is a qualified Alexander Technique Trainer and psychologist, and brings a high level of insight to the coaching process. As well as working with business clients, Jonathan works with artists, actors and sports people. Soo Redshaw Soo loves to work experientially with people whether it is to explore personal or organisational development. She is particularly passionate about encouraging people to do this work out of doors. She has vast experience of working and “playing” in the outdoors with people of all ages and has even worked in Antarctica!! Her repertoire of skills includes the creative to the conceptual, acquired in public, private and voluntary organisations. What is most important to her is creating the learning relationship with individuals so that people feel able to take up the challenge of development and growth.
