Researching the Process
This element of the ‘Process' is vital in ensuring we understand your needs, the challenges you are currently facing and the outcomes you wish to achieve. The last aspect is vital in ensuring that we both agree what the Programme will deliver. It will also be important to agree any measures which will be appropriate in assessing the success of the process.
To achieve this we will meet with your delegates, either on a “one to one” basis or in small groups. We will also review any other relevant information which will provide insights into the current operations. This could include customer questionnaires, employee surveys, in-house manuals, company reports etc.
