Lucille Hall

Lucille has been a key member of Change Management International Ltd now for over eight years and has overseen many changes in our approaches to business during this time. With a strong business background allied to her administration skills and her sunny and enthusiastic demeanour she has made a significant contribution to the running of the business.

Amongst her many contributions she ensures that our materials are professionally produced and that our customers receive excellent service throughout our work with them. Her speciality is in putting together the feedback documents after we have delivered workshops and where she can fully demonstrate her creativity.
