After qualifying from Edinburgh University with an honours degree in Leisure Management, Iain Bell started the Executive Fitness Foundation (EFF) in 1991, dealing primarily with blue chip companies and senior business executives. His philosophy was, as it is today, to maximise the physical and mental performance potential of each of their clients, whilst assisting them in achieving a positive lifestyle balance.
Over a period of almost 20 years in business he has continuously developed his capacity to provide unique health and well-being packages through working in conjunction with like-minded experts in related fields. His purpose and professional aim is to develop and deliver unique fitness strategies and programmes to assist his clients to live better, more fulfilled lives regardless of age and health status. His youngest client is 17, his oldest 81 years.
EFF also delivers bespoke workshops, which provide opportunities for groups to experience a fusion of Western medical skills and Eastern holistic health. These elements enable improved health and well being in the lives of the individuals concerned. In 2003, EFF also established one of the worlds most exclusive detox programmes 1dtx.com where specialist cleansing and performance programmes are conducted in Spain, Thailand and India.
Iain has, over the years, added a number of further qualifications and experiences to his portfolio.
