Continuing the Process
The process of change challenges everyone. Although the programmes we deliver stimulate change in the participants, it is essential that this change is supported over a period of time to ensure that it 'sticks'. We recommend a range of review and follow up methods both internally and externally:
Internal
Co-Coaching
We encourage our delegates to pair up at the end of their seminar to share commitments and help each other to make these as workable as possible. We then recommend that people continue on a co-coaching basis for a minimum of six months to give themselves continued support through their development.
External
One-to-One Coaching
One-to-One coaching provides face to face individual follow up, and allows us to deal with specific rather than general issues. These sessions normally last between 11/2 – 2 hours
Group Reviews
When working with a team we recommend Group Reviews as well as One-to-Ones to deal with team development. This gives the team an opportunity to review progress, add to their skills and awareness and refocus their energy towards team goals.
On-the-Job Team Coaching
One of the key skills of teams is their capacity to dialogue effectively, ensuring contributions from all team members and complete commitment to team decisions. To help you achieve this, we provide On-the-Job Team Coaching, where we will sit in on meetings, observe your deliberations and provide support and feedback on your progress as a team.
Renewals
Many people talk of ‘team spirit’ without ever referring to the ‘Spirit’ or spiritual element of team work. All teams need to be refreshed, re-energised and refocused on a regular basis, and spend time exploring the non-material elements of what makes a team.
Our Renewals session will provide your team with the boost they need to keep them focused as a team on the agreed team goals. |
