Charlie Jackson

Charlie Jackson is Managing Director of Change Management International Ltd (CMI), an Edinburgh based business specialising in people development.

Charlie has run his own business for twenty-three years, the last seventeen as CMI. Drawing on his multi-dimensional expertise gained in business, higher education, sport, psychology, music and other fields, Charlie has run programmes in Leadership, Management and Team Development, Organisational Culture and Business Winning Skills - amongst others - for numerous blue chip clients in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. On a one-to-one basis, he has coached senior business executives across a wide range of organisations, including Chief Executives, Vice Presidents, Directors and Partners, as well as senior operational managers.

He has also run hotel and construction businesses, directed an honours degree programme in management and has been a teacher and lecturer.

Charlie has a teaching degree, a Diploma in Management Studies and an MSc in Management. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy. He has also worked with, and studied under, a number of world-renowned shaman scholars and martial arts practitioners.

He is the author of 'Guardian Angel', a novel which provides interesting insights into personal and business development, and has recently completed his second book, 'The Corporate Shaman'.

Charlie has played senior rugby, hockey, cricket, golf as a category one player and has run marathons and half marathons. He coached senior rugby for ten years, coaching a number of internationalists north and south of the Border.
He has also coached a number of golf professionals. On the music front Charlie has played the oboe for many years, performing in music festivals, orchestras and musicals.

Charlie is also a visiting tutor at Cranfield Management College (Cranfield University) in the Praxis Centre, and is a contracted supplier for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
