Working as a Consultant with a number of major organisations she successfully delivered a range of business transformation programmes; drawing upon her senior management experience in the Financial Services sector. She has worked in a number of leading Consultancy firms; with accountability for all aspects of relationships with key clients including: account planning, sales and delivery, commercial management, and achievement against P&L targets.
She can also draw on a wide range of Organisation Development (OD) experience ranging from designing Operating Models to designing and delivering Development Programmes. Her focus now is on using Emotional Intelligence as a framework for coaching individuals and teams to be more effective. She loves working with leaders to help them build their awareness, and for them to use that awareness to make more effective choices about how they behave with and respond to others. Clients are often surprised and delighted by the big impact that a small change in behaviour can create.
In addition to a Diploma in Performance Coaching, Arlene holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
